First-time Logging In

If you have never logged on to your MPF online account:

1. Go to Fidelity’s website
2. Click on Activate to activate your online account

Username Retrieval / Password Reset

If you forgot your password or don’t know your username:

1. Go to Fidelity’s website
2. Click on Forgot username/password?
3. Follow the instructions to set your new password

Planto Login

1. Input your Username
2. Enter your Password
