First-time Logging In / Forgot Password
If you have never logged on to your MPF online account, you will need to go on their website to retrieve your PIN/Password.
- Go to Principal’s website
- Click on Forgot PIN/Password
- Follow the instructions to retrieve your PIN/Password
Planto Login
- Input your HKID without the brackets (e.g. A1234567) as your HKID Number/Passport Number
- Enter your 8 numeric password (digits only) under 8-Digit PIN
