101 – Linking iAccess

For iAccess, please login the same way as you would on their mobile website:

If two-factor is failing

1) You will need to download the iAccess OTP app: 一通驗證器

2) When you login to Planto, just enter the 4 digits from the app

And iAccess should connect fine!
