101 – Linking Manulife

First-time Logging In

If you have never logged on to your MPF online account:

1. Go to Manulife’s website
2. Click on Register to register for their online account

Password Reset

If you forgot your PIN:

1. Go to Manulife’s website
2. Click on Forgot PIN
3. Follow the instructions to reset your PIN

Planto Login

1. Input your HKID without the brackets (e.g. A1234567) as your HKID Number/Passport Number
2. Enter your 8 numeric password (digits only) under *8-Digit PIN *
